Community First. It’s more than just our name. It’s our commitment to the neighbors, families and organizations in the communities we serve. It’s supporting and encouraging the volunteer efforts of our 160 employees – from participating in a school fundraiser to serving on the boards and committees of non-profit organizations.
Since 1999, we have provided financial and volunteer support to more than 300 schools and non-profit organizations in the communities we serve. In 2010, we introduced Giving First, providing each of our employees with a $50 grant to support worthwhile causes, individuals and organizations that make a difference in their community.
